Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to how you use Margin Scout and to everything you make, publish or sell with it.
Follow the law and Anthropic’s rules
Everything Margin Scout generates for you comes from Claude, so Anthropic’s Usage Policy applies to it, as well as the law where you and your buyers live.
What you must not do
- Make products that copy someone else’s product, or that infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Reproduce substantial parts of the third-party pages that are cited as evidence.
- Make false or unproven income claims, write fake reviews or testimonials, or market anything in a misleading way. For example, don’t present another seller’s revenue as what buyers of your product will earn.
- Present AI-generated legal, medical, financial or tax content as coming from a qualified professional. Don’t publish it to give advice without review by a qualified person and a clear statement that AI was used.
- Create content that sexualises or targets minors, or that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred or violence. The same goes for content about weapons, malware or other harmful material.
- Send spam, or use the service to collect other people’s personal data.
- Share your account, resell access, or use an API key or Notion token that isn’t yours or that you aren’t authorised to use. Never enter claude.ai login details; only Anthropic Console API keys are accepted.
- Probe, scan, overload or attack the service; scrape it; reverse-engineer it; create accounts by automated means; or get around fair-use limits or security measures.
- Remove the “AI-generated” label from exported files where the law requires AI-generated content to be marked.
What happens if you break it
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious the breach is. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
